The antique flooring for sale below is available only as complete batches. Most batches are reclaimed antique floors salvaged from old houses or barns, but occasionally we will include a batch of wood that can be milled into flooring or have other uses. Flooring batch #132: NEW 210sf of rough sawn, shipped lapped, white pine attic flooring from an early CT house. A good floor for sanding and finishing or as an exposed sub-floor. Flooring batch #130: NEW 290sf of early Red Pine that was refinished at some point. It is a good candidate for a sanded floor to remove the old finish and residual original paint from closet areas and then oil for a nice, hard and crisp grained floor. Flooring Batch #129 900sf of original surface flooring from PA. Mostly Red pine with some white pine mixed in. Includes very wide widths and a small amount of narrow with good surface. Some of the boards were near the chimney and are black from creosote which will mostly sand off. Good batch for a sanded floor although a significant amount of the wood has a nice, walked on surface. Some could be used with original surface and the rest sanded. Most widths from 9” to 17” with a few in the 5” to 8” range. Cost: $16sf, whole batch only, $14,400. |

Batch #111: Oak 550sf of new, wide oak planks. The boards are 1” thick and rough sawn. They could be used as is for a traditional rustic look or hand planed. Many of the widest boards from the center of the logs are highly figure from being quarter sawn. Almost all of the boards are 10'6” long. Cost: 550sf @ $16sf, whole batch only, $8800. |
