Reclaimed Antique Flooring Inventory

The antique flooring for sale below is available only as complete batches. Most batches are reclaimed antique floors salvaged from old houses or barns, but occasionally we will include a batch of wood that can be milled into flooring or have other uses. Batch #103 NEW 305sf of fantastic hand-planed white pine flooring from Mendon, MA. The long boards are numbered so they can be put down in the same order they were removed. The shorter boards can be re-assembled as they were. The main section of long boards would be ideal for a floor that is 15'4" wide and 14' long. Batch #102 This batch of 320sf of 19C. hand-planed white pine attic flooring with original surface came from PA. Approximately 1" thick, widths from 8" to 14" +/- and random lengths from 7' to 15' +/-. More Details Cost: $18sfm whole batch only, $5760
Batch #101 194sf of super wide, rough sawn flooring NH. Most likely white pine and hemlock mix from an attic. The thickness ranges a bit, but averages approx. 7/8" thick. More Details Cost: $18sf @ 194sf, whole batch only, $3500
Batch #100 A large batch of early 18th century oak flooring with original surface. There are approx. 750sf of flooring in the batch, all from an early Andover, CT house. More Details Cost: $16sf, $12,000
Batch #63 450+ square feet of relatively new (30 to 40 years old), straight sawn oak from local horse barn. Boards average 10" wide and range from 5'+/- to 9'+/-. More Details Cost: whole batch only, $5400 ($12sf)
New wide board white pine flooring We have 'blank' stock available to be milled and hand-planed for flooring, which will vary in length from 6'+/- to 16'. The widths will also vary from 8" to 20" depending on what is available. More Details Cost: any quantity, $12.50sf. Blanks are $5sf

Batch # 96: Antique White Pine 880sf of hand-planed, white pine attic flooring from Suffield, CT, c.1811. Very little wear and very defined hand-planing. More details. Cost: $18sf, whole batch only, $15,840
Batch #95: Antique White Pine 490sf of super wide, original surface white pine attic flooring, c. 1806. This flooring is ship-lapped and tongue & grooved. More details. Cost: $18sf, whole batch only, $8,820
Batch # 94: Antique Chestnut 290sf of original surface (straight sawn) chestnut flooring. This batch has some cracks that can be repaired when installed and ends that might need trimming. Widths from 9" to 15" +/-. Approximately 3/4" to 7/8" thick. More details. Cost: $14sf, whole batch only, $4000
Batch # 93: Antique Cherry 190 sf of antique cherry flooring, salvaged from a PA barn. We milled and trimmed and then hand-planed the surface. Widths range from a few 4" to 9.5", most are 8" to 9.5" wide. Lengths vary from a few feet to 10'. More details. Cost: $16.50sf, whole batch only, $3100
