The antique flooring for sale below is available only as complete batches. Most batches are reclaimed antique floors salvaged from old houses or barns, but occasionally we will include a batch of wood that can be milled into flooring or have other uses. Flooring batch #132: NEW 210sf of rough sawn, shipped lapped, white pine attic flooring from an early CT house. A good floor for sanding and finishing or as an exposed sub-floor. If a large amount of similar flooring is needed, it could be combined with the other period rough sawn flooring batches. Cost: $12.50sf, whole batch only, $2,625. |

Flooring batch #131: NEW 475sf of early (c.1850's) rough sawn white pine from a CT attic. This early, rough sawn flooring would be a good candidate for having a sanded floor or an exposed sub-floor. Widths from aproximately 9” to 20” and lengths from approximately 6' to 12'6”, plus some extra pieces. Cost: $12sf, whole batch only, $5,700. |

Flooring batch #130: NEW 290sf of early Red Pine that was refinished at some point. It is a good candidate for a sanded floor to remove the old finish and residual original paint from closet areas and then oil for a nice, hard and crisp grained floor. The flooring is thick, approximately 1&3/8”. Cost: $12sf, whole batch only, $3,480. |

Flooring Batch #129 900sf of original surface flooring from PA. Mostly Red pine with some white pine mixed in. Includes very wide widths and a small amount of narrow with good surface. Some of the boards were near the chimney and are black from creosote which will mostly sand off. Good batch for a sanded floor although a significant amount of the wood has a nice, walked on surface. Some could be used with original surface and the rest sanded. Most widths from 9” to 17” with a few in the 5” to 8” range. Cost: $16sf, whole batch only, $14,400. |

Flooring Batch #128 250sf batch of very wide 5/4, foot worn and painted white pine from PA. Widths from approximately 10” to 21” and lengths from 6'+ to 12'+. Good candidate for stripping and having the original surface exposed. Cost: $18sf, whole batch only, $4,500. |

Flooring Batch #118 246sf Painted Red Pine. This was a hand-planed second floor room of Red Pine from New Hampshire. The main section that is numbered is 13'6” wide x 15'+ long. The smaller section is 5'9” wide x 7'+ long. The boards range from approximately 10” to 15” wide. Cost: $14.50sf, whole batch only, $3550. |

Flooring Batch #117 SOLD 725sf of unpainted white pine from an 18C. NH attic. This large lot came out of a NH house attic and is rough sawn (straight vs. circular), ship-lapped and had hand wrought nails. Most of the boards are very long, up to 16' and wide, up to 16”. Flooring Batch #116 This batch of material is appoximately 35 years old and was used as shelving to store rugs and rolled plastic materials. I believe it is a mix of mostly Spruce with some Eastern White Pine. Approximately 3500sf of 11&1/4” wide x 12'6”long x 3/4” thick and the same footage and length in 7&1/8” wide. Batch #111: Oak 550sf of new, wide oak planks. The boards are 1” thick and rough sawn. They could be used as is for a traditional rustic look or hand planed. Many of the widest boards from the center of the logs are highly figure from being quarter sawn. Almost all of the boards are 10'6” long. Cost: 550sf @ $16sf, whole batch only, $8800. |
