Salvaged Antique Wood: Mahogany Plank

This is the largest piece of wood I’ve come across. It measures 39” WIDE x 8’ long x 2” thick. It is approx. 50 years old and was just taken out of storage. I’m not sure if it is South American or African Mahogany. It looks like it will have some great ribbon patterns or figure in the wood. This single plank would make a fantastic table top, bar top or kitchen island top.
