Reclaimed antique flooring
Batch #63: Oak
450+ square feet of relatively new (30 to 40 years old), straight sawn oak from local horse barn. Great brown patina and very little damage except on bottom which was accounted for in tally. Boards average 10" wide and range from 5'+/- to 9'+/-. Pictures show much of the material and two of them show a board that was lightly sanded and oiled. Material is ship-lapped, but would need to be straight lined on both edges.
Cost: whole batch only, $5400 ($12sf)
