Flooring Batch #109: Chestnut SOLD
370sf of original surface, straight sawn chestnut flooring. This is one of the nicest batches of original surface chestnut floors I've seen in 20 years. The widths and taper on the main, numbered section are fabulous. We washed every board by hand. The floor could be put down as is, with some straight edging and a few repairs, or it could be lightly sanded to bring out the honey brown color before oiling.
Cost: $25sf, whole batch only, $9,250.
