Batch #108: White Pine SOLD
440sf of original surface, hand-planed white pine from a CT house. This is an attic floor and has little to no wear. Because it was a hip-roofed colonial (no windows), the owner had to cut the boards to 10'ers, 8'ers and 4'ers, to be able to carry down a narrow stairway. The flooring was removed years ago for electrical and insulating. It is a very flat, consistent floor with great hand-planing.
Cost: $16sf, whole batch only, $7,000.
