Reclaimed antique flooring

Batch #101: White Pine

194sf of super wide, rough sawn flooring from New Hampshire. Most likely white pine and hemlock mix from an attic. The thickness ranges a bit, but averages approx. 7/8" thick. It was an attic floor that was somehow covered and became sub-flooring so it is fairly light in color. It could make a good hand-planed or sanded floor, or could be reused as exposed sub-flooring.

It has very few nail holes or man-made marks except the saw marks. The widths are incredible from 16" to 20" wide. There is only one 16" board, most 19" to 20" wide. Lengths vary from a minimum of 12'+ to 15'-. They would cover an area approximately 15'6" wide x 12'6" long if trimmed and a few patches.

Cost: $18sf @ 194sf, whole batch only, $3500
