Paneled wall section #1: Early raised panel wall section, c. 18th century. Never painted, but this wall did have a plaster and lath over it at some point. Measures 57&3/4" wide x 7'2&1/2" tall.

Chest #1: This six-board grain chest is the largest chest (never mind the six boards) I've ever seen. It is made from 22" wide, hand-planed white pine and measures 8'9" long x 22" deep x 31&1/4" tall.

Column #11:

Small set of matching, fluted columns made from solid wood. They measure 78" tall plus circular tenons on each end. The diameter at the top is ~6&1/2" and at the bottom is ~ 7&1/2".

Small double shutter and a single. Made of dense wood, including bird's eye maple panels and possibly mahogany framing.

Single column without capital or base. Where staves join there is a point vs. a flat face. The column is hollow. It is 98&1/2" tall.

Transom #3:

Fan transom carved from a single board. Measures 65&1/2" wide x 20" tall. Top rim is 3&7/8" deep. Single board is 1" thick.

Brass & Copper Chandelier

This eight light, c.1895 chandelier has been newly wired. The fixtures that were replaced dated it to around 1895 made from tubular copper and brass fittings and copper globes.

Iron Fireplace Bumper #1:

Used to prevent burning logs from rolling off the hearth stone onto the wooded flooring. Skilled hand-forged iron work. 69" wide x 17" deep x 7" tall.

"Furniture & Chairs" Sign

This hand-painted, double sided sign is probably late 1800's. The sign has two hand wrought 'eyes' to hang it and measures 32" wide x 20" tall x 2&3/4" thick.

"Sea Grill" Sign

This hand-painted restaurant sign is big, weathered and probably early to mid-1900's. It is painted over an earlier sign which reads 'Mays Restaurant' and 'Cigarettes.' It measures 12' long x 16.5" tall x 2&1/4" thick. The fish and the lobster take up 32" of each end.

This original, hand-painted Aetna Insurance sign (double sided) was found in the loft of a barn in Tolland, CT. It measures 38" wide x 32" tall x 3" thick.

Greek Revival Door Transom & Side Lights

(Set #2) Set of matching Greek Revival door surrounds: transom measures 63&3/4" long x 10" tall and has 11 panes. The two side lights are 55&3/4" tall x 12" wide and have 10 panes each.

Wooden barred, 19th-century cell "wall"

Salvaged from a Norton, MA, mental institution that was torn down, these "walls" measure approx. 7'2" wide x 7" high, which includes approx. a 5" gap to the floor on the bottom and an 7.5" gap between sections. The bars are 1&3/8" in diameter and solid wood that is nicely burnished. The upper is 43.25" high and the lower is 30" high. The shelf is 11.5" wide x 7/8" thick.

Room End #3
This unpainted room end from was salvaged from an early 18th-century house in NH. It measures approximately 14'6"+ wide and 7' tall to plaster line (+ 2" to 3" more).

Antique Copper Sink
This copper sink is in very good condition and includes the goose neck faucets that came with it. The box surrounding the sink is 31&5/8" long x 20&1/8" wide x 8&1/2" thick. The copper basin is 30" long x 18&1/2" wide x 7&1/2"+ deep.

Antique Iron Fence #1:
The fence is very heavy and made of galvanized iron. It is probably from the 1900's.

Dimensions: 75 linear feet, most sections are ~ 7' long. It is 36" high. Cost:

Terracotta Tiles #1:
These tiles were salvaged from a late 1800s Taunton, MA, mental institution. They have a range of texture from smooth to slightly pitted. The would look great in a sun room or garden shed, but could also be used for fireplace hearths.
Dimensions: ~9" x 9" x ~ 1&3/8" thick

Cost: $3600 for all (180) or $25 each

Antique Iron Handcuffs & Shackles:
The iron cuffs are in fantastic shape and are high quality. They are stamped with 2 3/4" (~1/8" high) and "197" in bold print ~ 1/4" high. The cuffs measure ~11" end to end. The shackles measure ~38" long and have spring loaded latches.

19th Century Cast Iron Radiator:
This cast iron hot water radiator looks like it will actually work or could just be decorative piece. The date embossed on the floor 'rim' of the column looks like 1888 or 1868. It measures 26" wide x 5" deep x 29.5" high.

Cast Iron Coal Grate:
This fireplace grate insert was salvaged from an 18thC. Berlin, MA, house. Measurements: ~19”wide x ~19.5” deep x 10” tall.

Antique Chinese Table:
This antique table imported from China is very rustic, rugged and heavy. The top is approx. 16” wide x 88” long x 3” thick. The table is 31.5” tall.

Antique Factory Carts:
Truckload of wooden and iron factory carts of all different sizes. Average size approx. 28” wide x 52” long. Many different styles of corner hardware.

Antique Ladder (#2):
This A-frame ladder was salvaged from an old gas company factory building. It measures 10’4” tall when closed and 10’ tall when open. The base is 35” wide at the bottom and 17” at the top.

Cost: $650

Ornamental Iron Transom:
This antique transom has residual paint, lots of age and pitting rust. It measures 62&1/2” across bottom x 26&3/4” high.

Fluted Wood Columns:
These solid poplar columns were originally much taller, but had rotted on the bottom. They are now ~5’3&1/2” tall. The top diameter is ~7&3/4” and the bottom diameter is ~9”.

Cost: $800/pair

Large Antique Wooden Trough:
Very large handmade tulip wood trough with cupped hand-holds on each end. 4’ long x 28&1/2” wide and 8” deep.

Cost: $1650

Small Cupboard:
Built-in cupboard from Grafton, MA, house with original 1” cast-butt hinges. It measures 18&3/4” wide x 20&3/4” tall x 9&1/2” deep.

Carved Pew End:
This carved, #88 pew bench end was made from chestnut.

Dimensions: ~40” x 20” (measured as a rectangle). The ‘88’ is 2” high.

Industrial Clamps :
These heavy iron glue clamps are great for gluing board stock for wood tops. I use them in my shop. Each measures ~5”wide x 44” long x 6” high.

Corner Cupboard (#2):
Original feature from 1780s Grafton, MA, house. Built-in with dental moldings and sets of 3 vertical carvings above the dental moldings, hand-planed wood on the 4-paneled door and wood work is fantastic.
39” wide x 12&3/4” deep x 88” tall.
Cost: $2,500

1780s Corner Cupboard (#1):
Original feature from 1780s Grafton, MA, house that was built into the structure of the house and was carefully removed as a whole unit. Measures 97” (8’1”) tall. The flat face housing the doors is 38” wide and the beveled sides are each approximately 9&3/4” wide.

Chimney Surround #4:
Original built-in feature from 1780s Grafton, MA, house that surrounded the interior chimneystack. Measures 25” deep x 49&1/2” wide x 96”+ tall.

Original built-in feature from 1780s Grafton, MA, house that surrounded the interior chimneystack. Measures 24&3/4” deep x 41&3/8” wide x 88” tall.

Original built-in feature from 1780s Grafton, MA, house that was built around the interior chimneystack. Measures 26&1/2” deep x 46” wide x approx. 88” tall.

Cast Iron Bust Statue:
This bust is a reproduction cast iron statue, probably from China. Great detail and weathering. Weight: approx. 145 lbs. The statue is 22” tall and the base is approx. 8” in diameter.

Cast Iron Roman Boy Statue:
This cast iron statue of a Roman boy is a reproduction most likely from China. Nice detail and weathering. Weighs approx. 130 lbs, stands 3’ high and base is 10” in diameter +/-.

18th-Century Paneled Room Ends:
Paneled room ends with fireplace and door were salvaged from a Thompson, CT house. They are in 3 sections. The approx. measurements are 14’ 7 ” wide and 82” high per room end. One door has cast butt hinges and the other has H-L’s.
Cost: $8,250 each or $14,000 for the pair

Antique Ladder #1:
Split pole ladder made from pine with and hand scraped oak rails. It measures 22” at base and tapers to the top. It is 12’2” tall.

Antique Copper Lantern:
It is approx. 25” high, 12.5” wide at it’s widest, 7”x7” at it’s base and 6.5”x6.5” at it’s top. The crown is 7.5” tall and the ball on top is 2.25” in diameter.

Antique Lock Plate:
Hand-forged lock with operational key. The face plate is approx. 8”x8”, the bar is 14.25” long, the key is 7.5” long.

Cast Iron Roosters:
Cast iron roosters imported from China (not antique). 22” high, 13” breast to tail, and 7” wide.
