Lye Stone (#2)
This lye stone was found locally in the Killingly, CT, woods. It was apparently unfinished and the last ¼ of the circle was completed more recently. This irregularly shaped stone would make an interesting garden ornament. It is approx. 46” deep at the largest point and 50” wide at the larges point. The circle is ~ 26” in diameter and it is approx. 7&1/2” thick.
